- To authenticate you as an authorized employee

Data Retention
We retain interaction data for a period of 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. System logs containing timestamps and basic interaction metadata may be retained for up to 12 months for security and audit purposes.
When an employee leaves the company, their WhatsApp information is removed from the authorized users list within 7 days of their departure date.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure access controls to backend systems
- Regular security audits
- Employee access restrictions based on need-to-know principles
Third-Party Services
Our Bot utilizes the WhatsApp Business API to facilitate communications. Your interactions are subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy in addition to this policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.

Changes to This Policy
